VMRC VSphere 6.0 Scaling issue on Windows 10

I recently had to work on a VMWare guest and no matter what I did I could not get the mouse to work.  It turns out that the VMWare Remote Console is not Windows 10 scaling aware.  The fix is to set the Windows 10 scaling to 100% (The default is 125%).  Once you do this the issue completely disappears.  I guess that is what happens when you don't upgrade your infrastructure.  It works perfectly fine on ESXi 7
